ON YOUR OWN
Make a list of as many places you can think of in your community. Examples would be the post office, schools, resturants, parks, etc.
IN A GROUP
In a group of four people, pick 7 places all of you go most often in your community.
Make a poster of your community containing these 7 places.
Your poster should be big, colorful, and have a variety of places (for example, do not draw 5 restaurants).
Once you have your poster made, your group needs to answer these three questions about each place in your community in complete scentences.
1.) Who goes here?
2.) What can you do here?
3.) Why is this an important place to have in your community?

ON YOUR OWN
By yourself, write about what you wish you had in your community and why. Research this place that you want. How many other communities have this kind of place? Would this help your community? Would it just be a fun place to hang out? Would it be for people of any age or just kids? Try to find pictures of what you want!
